Came for a late lunch with a friend on Saturday. The staff was very friendly, we got the Naan Basket, friend squid, Eggplant Baigan Bharta and Chicken Tikka Masala and rice. We received free papad to start, chutney was tasty. I want to try coming back for their weekday lunch.

We were very pleased with both the quality of the food, the presentation, and the service… and we are so happy to have great Indian restaurant so close to home. The mango lassie was probably the best I’ve ever had, the rice was perfectly prepared and not clumped or broken, the okra and chicken dishes were delightful, and the paneer and garlic naans were heavenly. Can’t wait to go back and try the other dishes!

Best Indian food in the South Bay. Great value buffet. Have ordered takeout five times and have yet to find a dish I don’t like. Significantly better than the Copper Pot. Owner is always very kind when I’ve interacted with him.

I love Utsav for Indian food!! It’s hard to find good Indian food in the area but this is our local spot close to home! Owner is friendly and hardworking and always makes sure our dining experience is great!

Lived in jersey and New York for a few years and was amazed of the Indian food out there. Then I came back home and realized it's not as good as the east coast. BUT THIS PLACE IS BOMB! SO HAPPY THIS PLACE OPENED. Reminds me of the amazing Indian food I had in New York! So glad I found this place.

Finally an Indian near PV place that delivers on taste, flavour, and offers more than the standard Tikka masala and biryani. The new owner is serious about his food, and his service is very personable. His prices are lower than other places, but he does not compromise on quality. Highly recommend. Support this local business!
